ReWear
Fifty-five percent of everything we take in is still good clothing. Graded A, B or C by condition and season, it goes straight back onto a body — not into a shredder.
Nothing skips a stage and nothing goes back. That is why two containers of the same line, ordered six months apart, arrive the same.
Breathing new life into worn textiles
Fifty-five percent of everything we take in is still good clothing. Graded A, B or C by condition and season, it goes straight back onto a body — not into a shredder.
What can't be resold as-is still has a job. Repairables go to menders, industrial stock is cut into wiping cloths, and household textiles find a second home.
Only the last two percent is genuinely finished. Everything above it — fibre, shoddy, mixed stock — is separated into its own stream and sold on for reprocessing.
Six stages, in order, every time. Each one hands the next a lot that is already weighed, logged and accounted for.
You get in touch and we book the pickup. Textile banks, charity warehouses, retail take-back schemes, mosques, schools and shopping centres — we collect from all of them across the region.
Pickup bookedOur trucks bring the load into Sharjah. Every intake is weighed at the gate and logged against its source, so a lot stays traceable from the moment it arrives to the day it ships.
Intake loggedFive hundred people on two hundred and fifty tables split the load into 650 product lines — men's, ladies', kids', seasonal, shoes, bags, household. Wearable is separated from repairable, repairable from wiper and fibre stock. No machine shortcuts.
650 lines splitEvery line is scored on condition, season and market fit against one written standard. Grade A cream comes out first; B and C follow. Off-spec drops out of the line — it is never blended back in to make weight.
Graded A / B / CGraded stock is pressed into 45kg or 100kg bales and labelled with its line and grade. The label is the same one written on your grade sheet, so what you ordered is readable on the bale itself.
45kg / 100kg balesBales are loaded to 20ft or 40ft containers and sealed. Documents, loading photos and the packing list go out the same day — before the container has left the yard.
Shipped to 40+ marketsThe point of grading by hand is that almost nothing has to be thrown away. This is the average split across a year of intake.

We specialise in gathering and recycling second-hand clothes — collecting, organising and reselling them from around the world. We team up with large charities and local government bodies across the Middle East.
We offer recycling and collection solutions to cities, towns, communities, shopping centres, stores, mosques, schools and more. If you generate textiles in volume, we can put a bin and a schedule behind it.
Our work stops a great deal of valuable clothing from ending up in landfill — making money for businesses and non-profits, and supporting local economies in developing nations.
Tell us roughly what you collect and how often, and we'll put a schedule, a bin and a weight log behind it. Buyers — ask for the grade sheet instead.
